In accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 we will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully.
We collect information about you to be able to process your order efficiently and deliver the service to you. We will e-mail you only with a quotation, details on the status of your order, and payment confirmation. We will also electronically transfer your translated document to you and to our translator. We also operate within a strict code of confidentiality. If we need to transfer your information outside the EU we will obtain your consent first.
For projects paid by credit card we do not hold your payment details on our database.
Any personal information held by us will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and procedures.
